Return Policy

1. RIGHT OF RETURN

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days to return products without justification, from the date of receipt.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

• Products must be in original condition
• Original packaging preserved
• Tags and seals intact
• For hygiene reasons, intimate products are only accepted if unopened

3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

• Customised products
• Items damaged by the customer
• Products used beyond necessary testing

4. RETURNS PROCESS

1. Contact us within 14 days
2. Receive authorisation and instructions
3. Package the product adequately
4. Send via Royal Mail or specified courier
5. Refund processed within 14 days of receipt

5. COSTS

• Return postage at customer's expense (except for faulty products)
• Refund of product value + original outbound postage
